2 Year Limited Warranty:

We take pride in our products and are committed to quality. For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, if there are any defects related to the build or materials of the product itself, please contact us at support@chesterhillwatches.com and we will be glad to make your order right. 

Warranty Exclusions:

• Defects and/or damages due to loss, theft, or natural disasters
• Damage caused by improper use and personal accidents
• Damage or failure caused by personal and/or unauthorized attempts at repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches to surfaces, minor degradation to straps, etc.)
• Battery depletion due to normal use
• Non-authentic and/or imitation products

Conditions For Warranty Being Void:

ChesterHill cannot guarantee any products purchased from unauthorized vendors on 3rd party platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and group deal sites.
