Where are your store locations?
ChesterHill is proudly based out of Toronto, Canada. We do not have any permanent physical store locations, but ship our products internationally. We encourage you to follow us on social media for pop-up stores, media events, and other company news.

Product Information & Specifications
How do I know if my ChesterHill product is authentic?
We encourage you to purchase our products directly from our website or authorized retailers to ensure quality and authenticity. Purchases from unauthorized retailers and 3rd-party sites are not guaranteed, and may be counterfeit.
What is the leather strap made of?
All of our leather straps are made of genuine top-grain Italian leather. As an organic material, our leather straps may vary in grain and texture. Regular wear may result in changes in hue, and are a natural part of the aging process.
What is the sport strap made of?
Our sport straps are made of military grade silicone. They are durable and comfortable, and designed to withstand physical activity.
What kind of material do you use?
We pride ourselves on using quality, high grade materials for all of our ChesterHill products. Our watches are made with surgical grade stainless steel and feature genuine top grain Italian leather straps.
Is my watch strap interchangeable?
Our straps are designed with quick-release spring bars that allow for easy and quick strap changes to suit any occasion and outfit. Please refer to our Instructional Guide for more details.
What type of movement do you use in your watches?
All of our watches use Citizen Miyota Quartz Japanese movements.
Are ChesterHill watches water-resistant?
All of our watches are water resistant with a rating of at least 5 ATM, and can be used without concern in wet conditions. However, they are not rated for underwater use. Swimming, diving, and general watersports are not recommended.

How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with a confirmation email and tracking number for your convenience. If you have not received a confirmation email in two business days since placing your order, please contact us at support@chesterhillwatches.com for assistance.
Where are my products shipped from?
All of our orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
For your convenience, ChesterHill offers worldwide shipping.
When will I receive my product?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your confirmation email will contain all of the information required to track your order, along with estimated delivery date.
How do I change my order?

What are your shipping rates?
We offer free international shipping for your convenience.
How do I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, for orders that have already been shipped, no changes can be made. For orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at support@chesterhillwatches.com for assistance.
Payment & Security
Is my payment information safe?
For all orders, ChesterHill offers the option to checkout with PayPal. When using PayPal or PayPal Express Checkout, all personal and credit card information is transmitted through PayPal's secure connection.
Orders placed with a credit card without the use of PayPal are processed through Shopify Payments. Shopify meets all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements, and transactions processed through Shopify Payments benefit from increased controls around credit card data and protection against credit card fraud.
What type of information does ChesterHill store?
ChesterHill uses cookies, tracking pixels, and related technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device to aid in tracking the use of our website and to improve our user experience.

What is ChesterHill's 24-month warranty?
ChesterHill proudly stands behind our products. ChesterHill warrants to the original customer that for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship that prevent the product from functioning properly under normal use.
