Refund and Exchanges
You may return any product you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@chesterhillwatches.com, and our team will be in touch to confirm all details.
All product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging, and must be in the same new condition as when the product was received. Any returns that are soiled, damaged, or in any way altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
ChesterHill does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. All complimentary or free items, or any free product received as part of a promotional offer, are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with all other items in your order if you are refunding your order.
Any returns received after 30 days of original receipt may be accepted at the sole discretion of ChesterHill.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process upon receipt of your returned item, and longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.
Price Adjustments
We are unable to provide price adjustments to reflect current discounts or promotions. Time-limited promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
